- These terms and conditions (together with the documents referred to in it) (collectively, these “Terms”) set out the basis on which you may make use of the website cjskinhealth.com (our “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use our Site.
- By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.

When you use our Site, you show that you consent to such processing and you warrant that the data you give us is accurate.
- If you purchase goods from our Site, our Refund Policy will apply to the sale of such goods.

TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY POLICY
- After you have placed your order we will email you to confirm whether or not we have accepted your order. If we confirm that we have accepted your order a contract will come into existence between you and us. At this point we will also give you an order number. We will not accept your order until payment for the order has been confirmed.
- If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and you will not be charged. Sometimes we cannot accept orders because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources, because we have noticed an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline that you have specified.
- We deliver within the UK and internationally save that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. We reserve the right to accept orders from outside the UK at our discretion.
- Please note that customs, duty and import fees (including tariffs and tax) (“Fees”) may apply if your products are shipped to a destination outside of the UK or EU. These Fees are not included in our delivery charges. Our products are delivered duty unpaid. This means that we are responsible for transportation costs in the deliveryman of the products but not for paying any Fees relating to your product(s) which are imposed at the destination. You are responsible for paying all such Fees directly to the relevant authorities.

- The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
- These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the use of our Site.
