Our promise to you is that we want you to have an excellent experience with us and benefit greatly from our products. 

We wish everything was perfect all the time but unfortunately some things can go wrong. Here's some examples and how we will rectify them as soon as you let us know.

1) If you receive a damaged bottle, please let us know and we will send another one. We would appreciate you returning the damaged bottle so we can check if there is an issue within our supply chain. We will of course pay postage for it's return.

2) If you want to return the products for any reason then send them back and you'll get a no quibble refund.

3) Let us know if you have not received the products in 3 days in the UK. If you order before 1pm then you'll get them the next day and after 1pm you'll get them the following day. They are all sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 so we know where your order is.

4) Privacy policy - We have chosen the best in the industry to look after your data. We've had data protection training and it is at the forefront of everything we do.

5) The products have all been thoroughly tested and the appropriate regulatory certifications awarded.
